Hi! We're Alabama Blossoms. In 2017, we decided to renovate our family properties. 

 

We wanted to give Dothan something it desperately needed -- affordable, desirable homes. We currently have 23 homes and are a work in progress.

We strive for Alabama, especially Dothan, to flourish. We improve the community one home at a time. Our company motto is "Diversify, Revitalize, Renew."

 

We do not discriminate when selecting our residents. We emphasize respect and treat our tenants like we want to be treated. We expect our tenants to treat family, friends and home with respect. We do not tolerate any type of violence against kids, pets, or adults. We feel strongly enough about this subject we include this language in our lease agreements.  Since we put time, thought , energy and money into these renovations, it follows we carefully screen our applications.

Our company is a small, family owned business. It was started and is owned by Ann Coffey and Steve Dahmer. As the owners of Alabama Blossoms, we strive to provide the residents of Dothan an opportunity to experience the best rental experience possible. We have two wonderful property managers, Sierra and Kasey, that reside in Dothan. The renovations for our homes are detailed, exacting and take several months to complete for each house.

If we can't affirmatively answer the question, "Would we live here?" , then we keep improving the home until it blossoms. Our homes are not complete unless they have met our high standards. Only then do we consider the home finished and ready for a new family who will experience their own great memories in one of our Alabama Blossoms homes. 
All of our homes are one story , with birthdayes between 1910 and 1970. They are grand old ladies and each one is unique-- some folks would even say quirky!-- and has its own personalities and charms. Each house has a name, ranging from Blue Blossom to Zinnia Blossom. We want your great memories of today and tomorrow to become part of the history of our homes.
